There is a calm that finds me when I’m near the sea, a calm that I’ve never been able to reproduce in any other geography, topography or any other ography. I could sit and stare and lose myself and never, ever grow weary of it. There is a secret in the sea and when you can smell the salt in the air and hear the simple melody of the tide, you feel like you too are a part of that secret, if even for a breath.
